Be it through carotid restraint or chokehold,
there is no mistaking being strangled by someone else, with something else or anything else. Period.

不論是被carotid restraint 或是被chokehold，一個人不可能其實在經歷某種其他，或任何種其他事件，搞錯，而以為自己正被勒頸窒息中。

為什麼用被勒到來形容：

1. 勒感忽來忽去。
2. 強度變化有感。
3. 肌肉血管分別同時影響。
   • 肌肉：TENS
   • 血管：Carotid Restraint
4. 在睡中被勒醒過。
5. 在極疲倦/想睡時發生過。
6. There is no mistaking being strangled by others with something else or anything else.

*不是自律神經失調！

未來有一天，有人將可以證明一個人不需要直接肢體上接觸另一個人，而長期使此人的頸部被勒住而產生缺氧和窒息感，和因長期缺氧和窒息感的後遺症，包括但不限於失智或死亡。在那一天，不管我是否仍存活著，我希望我準備好。

One day, someone will be able to prove that a torturer/murderer does not need direct physical contact with another person to chronically strangle the target’s neck, resulting in hypoxia and asphyxia, and sequentially the after effects, including but not limited to incapacitation or death. On that day, whether I am still alive or not, I hope I am ready.
