Be it through carotid restraint or chokehold,
there is no mistaking one’s self being strangled (by someone else) with something else or anything else. Period.
不論是被carotid restraint 或是被chokehold，一個人不可能其實在經歷某種其他，或任何種其他事件，搞錯，而以為自己正被勒頸窒息中。
為什麼用被勒到來形容：
未來有一天，有人將可以證明一個人不需要直接肢體上接觸另一個人，而長期使此人的頸部被勒住而產生缺氧和窒息感，和因長期缺氧和窒息感的後遺症，包括但不限於失智或死亡。在那一天，不管我是否仍存活著，我希望我準備好。
One day, someone will be able to prove that a torturer/murderer does not need direct physical contact with another person to chronically strangle the target’s neck, resulting in hypoxia and asphyxia, and sequentially the after effects, including but not limited to incapacitation or death. On that day, whether I am still alive or not, I hope I am ready.

People don’t get tortured and murdered for overconsumption, or mere consumption.
People don’t get tortured and murdered for breaking the non-existent curfews in peace time.
People don’t get tortured and murdered for thinking about public information they just watched, listened to, or read.
People don’t get tortured and murdered for taking medications that have been saving their lives and maintaining daily functions.
People tortured and murdered for livelihood or monetary or material gains.
People tortured and murdered to silence for the purposes public or private, great or small.
People tortured and murdered, in certain cases, for glory, or fun.
People tortured and murdered at war.
People tortured and murdered, or get tortured and murdered, for vengeance due to past or present aggressions against them or their loved ones.
People tortured and murdered, or get tortured and murdered, having anticipated such vengeance befallen upon them.
Those were of bygone eras and of different cultures, so there is no reason to ponder over them, I was told.
Except that torturing and murdering a family by chronic strangulation indicates personal and deep-seed hatred, deviating from the norm.
However, I might just be living in “a different world”, and not appreciative enough of just been tortured physically and not already been murdered.
There is no mistaking being tortured by means of strangulation with something or anything else, and my deceased loved ones and I refuse to die for the sake of our torturers and murderers.

Three years and counting
I am getting strangled since late 2020 til this moment. If vascular dementia is caused by impaired blood flow to the brain, I am likely to be forgetting more things. This I have not forgotten. The daily carotid restraints. From when I am awake til exhausted. They are hoping for a “natural death”. MPH and ammonia are keeping me alive and conscious. Torturers and murderers usually get away with their tortures and murders because no one expects to get murdered or tortured and when those happen they are caught in a bind.
As to this moment, torture by the means of strangulation goes on.
